At Kikkerland Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clever find. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Product

  Securely pack the item in its original Kikkerland packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
